Providing an example would have helped, because I have no idea what you're talking about. But small children who have been taught basic table manners don't usually take giant bites of things unless they have some kind of underlying anxiety about food or you've told them they can only have one bite of something they want.

2. Not always, but usually. If they don't, it's not because "kids don't behave." It's because they had a bad teacher.
