Most of what I see is people who don't like that ship fics are practically all that exist, which is an entirely different complaint.

He might not have created those things but he decided to make them that way in the movies (or, anyway, somebody made that decision and he seems as responsible for it as anyone) so it doesn't really seem unfair to him if you're talking about the movies

To be honest, even just knowing that there was a twist at all made the rest of the game fairly predictable. So I don't think you should feel too bad.

I mean, dude, I love darkfic. When I was active in the JE fandom I wrote a fic where Yamapi literally killed all of K8 so Ryo wasn't so stressed about being in two groups.

But... Namjoon? The dude's like... a genius marshmallow. Who would trip and shoot off his own foot/stab himself/whatever if he ever tried to kill someone. Have you watched him try and COOK? He forgot to take the fucking sheath off the knife...

He has been doing a few little skits beyond his monologues lately that feel very "Colbert Report" in nature, so there's that :D.

But yeah, I totally get that feeling. I often find myself imagining what his character on TCR, or Jon Stewart, would have to say about all the craziness going on right now. I definitely think they would not be holding back one iota with their frustration and anger at all the bullshit this administration is pulling, and they'd have a much easier time calling out various spineless politicians by name.

I do like that Colbert is commenting on the Trump stuff in general, though (though I don't blame those who occasionally might want a break from time to time, either). The constant news is enough to make me tired and angry, so it's nice to turn to Colbert and find the humor in some of it, too.
