Well, Sauron in the Silmarillion is a shapeshifter. So I wish fandom explored that more. Tentacle porn is on my list of things to write at some point. I think I read an Arwen/Aragorn fic once where elves have tentacle genitals.

The Doctor also seems to have some small amount of choice in what form he regenerates to (Romana certainly does have choice). So there is a lot of fun that could be had with that. I want Doctor/Master fic where they both have weird genitalia.

Dwarves. Dwarf women look similar to dwarf men. So much fun that could be had with that. Hermaphrodites who change gender? Not possible in canon, but that could make for a great fic. Or maybe Dwarf women just have really big labia that are very penile and can penetrate?

Well The Doctor does have choices when she regenerates now. ;-)

If you wanted the lady Dwarves to have sex organs that can penetrate, I think going the spotted hyena route would make more sense. A pseudo-penis in the form of a swollen and enlarged clitoris (swollen and fused labia as pseudo-testicles would be optional based on your tastes, I guess).

Yes. I'm not even into dwarves. But anything where women are penetrating is so my thing.
