Pre-S2 it seemed a fairly manageable level of weird. Then after S2 it got scary really fast.

A 'hater' is someone who spends their time posting about and (presumably) thinking about something they profess to hate. Which I... don't get at all. If I don't like a TV show then I don't watch it.

I remember seeing the trailer for The Abominable Bride and the period costumes and I had all of these wonderful, fantastic expectations.. and then the ruined it to a degree I haven't seen since or before. I'm still mourning.
