"Someone you wouldn't necessarily want to have sex with on your own" covers literally everyone for me, so within the range of literally everyone on Earth, I'm sure there are some interesting strangers I wouldn't mind an experience with which would set the minimum.

Now if we're talking about the average amount I would charge, that's a different question and usually $infinity.
