In celebration of Avengers 3 and a culmination of ten years + 19 movies, let's discuss it. I'll add some subthreads, but feel free to add your own.

And yes, I know there is going to be that one person with the edgy opinion of how awful the movies are.

CA:TWS, hands down, favorite. Omg, so good. The kind of movie that CA:CW should have been, but just was not. Even better with the deleted scenes.

AoU - least favorite. Holy gods - hate hate hate. The only thing i like from that movie is Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver; everything else just sucks.

I so wanted to get in on the Team Tony/Team Cap discussion yesterday, but was waaaaay too late.

Favorite: Captain America: The Winter Soldier. It made me from a Cap Nayer to a Captain America lover. The action was great, the friendships were great, the story was great.

Least Favorite: Thor: The Dark World. Other than the Captain America cameo, it was SO bland. I barely remember anything that happened.

Favorite: Ant-Man, Dr. Strange second.

Least Favorite: Age of Ultron, I didn't bother finishing it. I haven't seen all Thor movies or Black Panther, and I'm not going to see the new movie.

Favorite: Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor Ragnarok, Winter Soldier
Least favorite: probably a toss up between Age of Ultron and Civil War.

My overall favourite?

Probably the first Thor movie, it was a wonderfully over the top Family Space Opera and I highly enjoyed it.

Next is probably TWS or Black Panther.

My least favourite story-wise was AoU since it just felt like more of the same and I was hoping for Ultron to not be... well not that tbh.

As far as most disappointed with an MCU movie I've been then Civil War simply because I was expecting a third Cap movie and it wasn't. But I also got some very cool scenes in that and T'Challa who I love and lead the way to BP which I highly enjoyed.

Oh actually... Dark World may have been more disappointing now that I think about it. A lot of shit just fell flat in that movie and it kept hanging around Earth when it really could have done so much more with the universe. Take Jane with them I don't care, just please leave earth for the love of god. Ragnarok gave me what I wanted in the space-adventures aspect.

Oh and the Dark Elves were completely wasted as antagonists/villains, such a let-down.

Favorite: Thor 1. So, so good!

Least Favorite: It's a toss-up between Thor: Ragnarok and Cap 1.

Favorite: A toss up between Black Panther and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Least Favorite Civil War is a superhero movie where the characters are idiots and treats the audience like idiots as well.

Favorite is either Winter Soldier or Avengers.

Least favorite that I've seen is probably Civil War. Although I wasn't thrilled with the last two Iron Mans. And I didn't even bother watching Age of Ultron because I'd heard so many things that made me go "nope!"

Favourite: First Guardians of the Galaxy.
Least favourite: Ant-Man. Took two tries to get through it, and that involved muting most of the scenes with Scott's criminal friends.

Least Favorite: Winter Soldier, not because it's the WORST (that honor goes to Thor 2) but because I still don't really like it and the irritation of its popularity elevates my distaste.

Favorite: Tie between Iron Man and Iron Man 3, with Captain America hot on their heels.

Least Favourite: Tie between Civil War and Winter Soldier. I'm really not fond of the "character is brainwashed and does a bunch of horrible things, and now we have to save and protect him" narrative for personal reasons.

I doubt I really have to say who my favorite it but...Captain America.

Least favorite is without a doubt Darcy. I am so glad she was dropped for Thor 3.

Fav: Groot! and Loki (even if I still hate his hair in every movie except Thor)

I hated Wanda mostly because of the bs about volunteering for Hydra and wanting revenge on Stark. Then again, I've never been the greatest Wanda fan.

Favorite: no specific character, since I like most of them. Cap, Iron Man, and Ant-man are maybe at the top.

Least favorite: Hulk (and Iron Man villains)
