Not my favorite SW character, but he is my favorite new trilogy character. I love everyone, or almost everyone. But he's my favorite.

He's part of my first OT3. I'll admit i just like the way he looks & how ordered he tries to be. Agreeing that the lack of intel on him makes him interesting to see fleshed ojt as the series continues.

I'm not a SW fan or a Reylo shipper. I've seen a total of 2 scenes from the new trilogy - the interrogation scene and the Reylo fight scene from TFA. And I just... don't understand how anyone could not read sexual tension in those scenes. It was so blatantly obvious to me that these two characters were being set up as an antagonistic romantic pairing.

Or maybe that's just the diehard enemy shipper in me? IDK

I can't be arsed to watch the entire films to find out, though, because they bore me to tears.

Speaking personally as someone who doesn't care for the ship or its shippers at all, there certainly is antagonistic sexual tension. I don't think anyone reasonable could deny that there was antagonistic sexual tension.

Apparently a lot of people disliked or were indifferent to MANIA, Fall Out Boy's latest album, so I just took one of the songs and left.

I listened to a random one on a whim last week and ended up loving the entire album, it's probably my favorite of theirs. I wonder why more people don't like it....

My friend doesn't like it because it sounds too different from their previous albums (which she loved), but I personally like it. I love all the songs with the exception of "Young and Menace" (the distorted bit drives me insane). "Wilson (Expensive Mistakes)" and "Hold Me Tight or Don't" kick ass live.

It's mostly just depressing to me, because like... yes, it is stupid. But I also feel like so much of it is an inevitable consequence of a bunch of big structural shitty things in society so I don't feel like I can blame them so much, you know.

I want both. But when I say I want more friendships, that's exactly what I mean. And I might end up shipping them in fandom but that wouldn't mean I want them to become romantic in canon. I do ship some actual boy/girl friends who I'm very glad never became a thing in canon.

I despise the term discourse when it comes to fandom wank.Especially when they're one of those 'fandom as activism' shits.

It's fucking wank. Stop trying to make it sound smart or deep or intellectual. Stop trying to act like your brand of shipping wank is more righteous or "woke"(Gods I hate that term) than any other.

I know someone irl who is all about that shit and they infuriate me a lot of the time. They seem to think that a kid making SU fanart deserves 'consequences' for getting the exact shade of Garnet's skin wrong.

That harassment of creators is 'holding them responsible'.

Once they posted some absolutely ridiculous shit on their blog (I quickly unfollowed after that) about how candy corn was homophobic and when I asked them they said they wanted to start 'food discourse'.

and I have no idea how they didn't see that this made them less likely to be taken seriously. But they didn't. The way they talk they think every little idea that comes out of their mouth is just the most brilliant, deep thing.

They drive me nuts tbh and sometimes I find myself concerned that they're going to get some 12 year old fan to kill themselves one day and not feel a damn bit of shame which makes me hate them all the more.

I don't blame you if frankly you don't believe such a person exists, tbh before this I didn't either but... yeah. Just had to get that off my chest.

I'm one of maybe five people who ships Stephen Strange/Karl Mordo, and I'm kind of salty because I know there's just going to be a complete surge of Strange/Stark in the wake of Infinity War and my ship is going to be even more neglected.

I'm also kind of salty that Mordo hasn't been mentioned since Dr. Strange, especially given how Mordo's supposed to be on a quest to kill all the sorcerers. Add to that we're not getting a Dr. Strange sequel until at least 2020 (if we even get one at all) and now I'm all mad I'm going to have to go another two years at least without any new material for my ship goddammit.
