What's happening in this scene?

Those are two different scenes with the same two characters (though the male changed actors between them).

1. Daenerys comes out of the bathtub during a conversation with Daario.
2. Daenerys orders Daario to strip during a conversation with him.

Mmm, the second scene sounds hot.

It is. But more importantly, it improves the book Daario/Daenerys thing. Here Daenerys realizes she's queen and in charge and that Daario is totally into her and totally willing to do things her way. She takes charge of her sexuality in a way she doesn't in the books.
