It is short.

About three and a half inches. I usually trim it back to about three inches once it hits about five. It's pretty thick, so it's much easier to deal with short. My hair, when it's about ready to be trimmed, looks pretty similar to Beverly Marsh's hair in It (2107), only my hair doesn't really have any curl to it.
