I'm in the Star Wars fandom AND Voltron fandom. That's quite the experience. Then again, I don't mind wank and ship wars - most of the time.

I ship Reylo, Kylux, and Sheith, so most people in either fandom hate me.

A podcast I listen to had a fairly active subreddit (9000+ members). It wasn't crazy active, but it was good for discussion and finding specific stories the podcasts covers. It abruptly closed today. All the old discussions are gone and nothing else can be posted.

I contacted the official FB and they looked at the message but did not reply. So, I sent them an email. :(

In a vaguely related subreddit, someone said it might have been because some stories got negative feedback. I really hope that is not true, because if so what an asshole move.

Somebody in the American Girl fandom talked shit about a well-liked BNF and offended some people for wanting sterotypical dolls, then cried because people were "bullying" her when she got called out on her bullshit.
