Re: What's your definition of a creep shot?
(Anonymous) 2018-11-02 01:06 am (UTC)(link)It might be polite to ask, but no one owes you that courtesy.
nayrt
(Anonymous) 2018-11-02 01:44 am (UTC)(link)And simply telling someone to stay at home is dismissive and puts all the responsibility on the person who didn't consent. That isn't fair, in this situation or any other situation.

(Anonymous) 2018-11-02 02:03 am (UTC)(link)Physically infringing on someone's rights constitutes harrassment or possibly assault. Photographs in a vaccuum are not harrassment or assault. They can't harm you.
But I've been ised as a pillow before, so if you want to lean on me, go right ahead.

(Anonymous) 2018-11-02 02:18 am (UTC)(link)Try being really fucked up looking and see how you enjoy people laughing and whispering and trying to take sneaky photos of you.
I think I'd rather go back to the days where you had to pay if you wanted a good long stare at the freak show.
Re: What's your definition of a creep shot?
(Anonymous) 2018-11-02 02:21 am (UTC)(link)That genuinely sucks, but that's just a facet of life nowadays.

(Anonymous) 2018-11-02 02:12 am (UTC)(link)That's if you even noticed the photograph being taken.
Re: What's your definition of a creep shot?
(Anonymous) 2018-11-02 02:54 am (UTC)(link)And you should probably look up the definition of blatant.
Re: What's your definition of a creep shot?
(Anonymous) 2018-11-02 03:10 am (UTC)(link)Where? Because it's not illegal according to this article.
"This doesn't necessarily make it illegal for someone to snap your photo without your permission though. For instance, if you're just walking down the street and someone takes a picture, they're well within their rights no matter how violated you might feel. But if someone takes a picture of you without your permission while you're getting ready to shower at the gym, it's against the law."

(Anonymous) 2018-11-02 03:13 am (UTC)(link)Part of being in society is extending reasonable courtesy and consideration to people that we see going around day to day. "Don't randomly and specifically take pictures of people without asking them" is an entirely reasonable courtesy to extend, and an entirely reasonable presumption of privacy to have, in most circumstances.. IDK even why you're so opposed to this.
