I went to Target and bought new bedding: pillows, sheets, and a quilt! I'm so excited! I got new pajamas too! Woohoo!

Got to my word goal in NaNoWriMo, worked, though probably not as much as I should have (see: NaNoWriMo), ate some tacos. I gotta pack away a couple things to complete my dailies in World of Flooded Basement. Then time to reward myself with Dragon Quest!

I worked. And did voting research and found out one of the judges I was going to vote for recently supported someone accused of groping women and said that such things were just part of Hispanic culture and something he did too. Well, guess I'm not voting in that position because I'm sure as hell not voting for a Republican.

Worked mostly. It's still pretty early here but I hope to get some writing done on my Yuletide fic.

Learned the slip stitch and fixed up the last of the five coats that needed fixing up. Three of them I use, two I'm planning to donate. I'll have to put my hand-stitching to the washing machine test first, though *g*

not much. Went for a walk with a friend, went to the grocery store to get a few things and forgot to get my roomie's cereal, watched Trailer Park Boys.

I had to make an impromptu trip to the supermarket because I forgot to buy a tuna pasta bake packet mix on Saturday apparently, I'd pulled out all the fixing for dinner before realising my mistake.

There's a new guy at work today. He looks like John Boyega. All the ladies are very impressed, all the men are just pressed. It's very amusing, tbqh!

I had to go to the middle of nowhere for a work thing and then make a long drive back. It was nice to get out for a bit, but the weather was pretty shitty.

Got into my first car accident today on the way to work, showed up to work & was told I was 2 hours early. Was given the go-ahead to leave around 11:40, drove home, bothered my cats, slept. Had hotdogs for dinner, went into D.C. to see my friend's podcast perform live, bought merch, stayed afterwards to see my friend because I hadn't seen them since 2015. Now I'm on my way home.

So, the day is ending much better than it started, to be sure.

Went to work and petted a doggo who loved belly rubs. Maybe I'm used to my small dog but it felt like this doggie (a golden retriever) was huge! I also got to pet another dog.

So 10/10 I liked this day.
