I think he looks fine. Other than being a redhead and wearing hand-me-down clothes, I don't remember any description of what Ron is supposed to look like, anyway. If grown-up Rupert Grint wasn't what you pictured in your head, that's your problem and not a failure on the part of Grint or the casting folks. It's not like anyone could predict or control how the kids would look when they grew up.
