This is actually my favorite episode from season eleven. Even though it was a heart-breaker that made me cry, I thoroughly enjoyed it and it made me want to watch more of the season. I feel like Doctor Who has had a lot of episodes that were designed to break viewers' hearts though.

Can't agree, OP. Stranger Things is definitely overrated and I think a lot of its popularity is down to the look of the show and its 80s atmosphere. Dark has a very cool atmosphere, but that's kind of it. The people are very difficult to like and the plot is sort of pretentious.

I also would not recommend the English dub, it's terrible.

I like Tim Daly a lot. I've liked him since that super short-lived show, Eyes, of which he was the lead. I remember people joking about a decade back that he seemed cursed to have shows cancelled out from under him. I'm glad he seems to have broken that curse.
