You'll rarely even find a comedian who insists they're funny and being funny is literally their job.

(Anonymous) 2019-02-11 01:37 am (UTC)(link)As I said in the secret, I find her writing amazing and no doubt she's clever and she entertains me to no end. But I haven't seen a single thing yet that I could describe as funny. And when she tweets something that doesn't land for everyone, or is a bit on the stale side (IMO), and then doubles down as if it should be funny for EVERYONE... ugh.
I'd love to be able to see her in person at a place where she can build up a good joke to prove me wrong, though.
