Who has more privilege in America: a straight black man or a gay white woman?

Assume they're the same social class, no disabilities or anything, and the woman isn't in the closet.

Asking for a couple of friends.

Depends on the location some, but I'd say the black man overall. The woman might get more shit if she's butch, but she's not gonna get pulled over or followed in a store for being gay.

Though, I think a lot of people overlook how male stereotypes can compound with black stereotypes.

It depends so much on the specific context and also comparing privilege like it's a contest isn't necessarily a useful exercise.

If I had to give an answer, though, I would say that generally there are probably many more situations where the woman is privileged.

If they're well off, I would say the straight black man. If they're quite poor, I would probably lean towards the gay white woman. Hard to say for sure, though. There are a lot of factors to consider.

Right now?? Yeah, I'm not american, but definitely the white woman.
Since over the last how many years, the white woman is going to be treated better. No doubt about it. Especially now.

It doesn't matter how she acts, or how she dresses, people could say it's 'fashion' or whatever or not. Something that you don't get the benefit of in the 'melting pot' of the US of A... If you're not looking like the modern day 'merican. (aka not 'white') you don't get the benefit at all...
If your standard is just 'not straight', then that means nothing, honestly. Equal pay or not, you gotta get the job first, and being a lesbian is maybe only the third question in the interview, not the first glance.
