Right now?? Yeah, I'm not american, but definitely the white woman.
Since over the last how many years, the white woman is going to be treated better. No doubt about it. Especially now.

It doesn't matter how she acts, or how she dresses, people could say it's 'fashion' or whatever or not. Something that you don't get the benefit of in the 'melting pot' of the US of A... If you're not looking like the modern day 'merican. (aka not 'white') you don't get the benefit at all...
If your standard is just 'not straight', then that means nothing, honestly. Equal pay or not, you gotta get the job first, and being a lesbian is maybe only the third question in the interview, not the first glance.
