I think there are genuinely people out there who don't want to hurt anyone ever, even if they think someone deserves to be punished for their acts. I can respect that because hurting someone doesn't really do any good even when they deserve it and violence doesn't solve anything.

However, I'm not one of those people. I absolutely fantasize about hurting people who I think deserve it as punishment for their crimes. I'd love to have the power to make the head of a rapist/child molester/mass-murderer/disgustingly corrupt politician explode with just one look. Or sometimes I just imagine being a big damn hero and beating the shit out of them. It's far cry from picking up a gun and hunting someone down in real life though.

That said, if someone intentionally harmed one of my family members, I can picture myself losing my shit and trying to attack them if given the chance. I may be 110 lbs and female but I am filled with rage.
