Not watching, I have been following an article that updates with new things he says.

I feel like i experienced more of it than I wanted just by being on Twitter tbh

I could hear it on the tv at work - the guys had it on. It was really rally interesting. I'm going to read transcripts and such later.

Paying a ratfucker to jack up the price of a shitty portrait at auction and then paying for it from charity funds is beyond Citizen Kane and Howard Hughes level crazy.

It's like a Coen Brothers movie of stupid and narcissism.

Tell us!

Was at my office at 6:25 for a 7AM hearing. Had a really stupid judge who refused to change venue to where my client now lives until we'd basically laid out our entire case and submitted all our files to him. That's not the rule regarding venue changes, but I don't think there is anything we can do about it.

Left office at 3. Stopped at McDonalds on the way home for a fish fillet. Needed some comfort food.

Now I'm stretched out on the couch with an ice pack on my hip (tendinitis is not good today), watching some karma videos on youtube.

Super busy day. Now have to make stinking brownies for work.

I worked, went to therapy, took a wrong turn, and grabbed fast food.

I also started my period earlier than expected, so that sucks. Therapy was bad, so I'm in a bad mood.

But I'll probably watch a movie or read fanfic or both tonight, so I have that to look forward to.

Slept in! Yes!!! Then got up and goofed off for a couple of hours before showering and dressing and going to lunch, which was sushi (specifically kappa maki roll, spicy tuna roll, ebi nigiri, and an appetizer of tempura scallops, which were divine, and a couple of glasses of chardonnay). Lunch was delicious, btw. I got an Earl Grey tea latte from Peet's and then went to my mani-pedi appointment. Can I just say how bomb my nail lady is??? My fingernails are peach background with tiny white apple blossoms with little accents of eggplant and maroon and olive green leaves; the ring fingers on both hands are solid maroon to pick up the accent color, and my toenails are maroon (I really like the shade, for being a creme finish polish it has a surprising amount of depth). Now I'm just chilling on the internet, probably going to read a couple of chapters in the book I'm currently reading and later I'll watch the season finale of The Masked Singer. Not a bad day at all!

Work, hanging out at home with my BFF and planning her visit in April. Hoping against home we actually *don't* get the icy rain and 'wintry mix' that's in the forecast.

Just work, but I'm planning on watching Nova and then going to bed right after. I got a ton of chores done after work on Monday and then went to the gym after work on Tuesday, so I am feeling very accomplished and virtuous and will just relax tonight.

Scrubbed my bathroom down while letting the bantam silkie hen who’s been living in a carrier on the floor run around outside all day. She still has bumblefoot, sigh, so then I had to catch her and put her back. I can’t afford to take her back to the vet, but at least she’s not limping.

Work was good and then I went home and now my brain is yelling at me so about normal

Today is my birthday. It was very quiet. I received some cash from my mother and some friends mailed me some cards. A few people on Facebook wished me well. I had cheesecake for my birthday dessert.

Went to work, which went fine, then came home and suddenly felt really depressed. I missed my medication this morning which is not good but there's no reason it should result in a sudden nosedive like this.

For any questions you have or advice you need.

Okay, so, I've got tendinitis in my hip. And what I really need is a cortisone shot, but my pain doctor didn't have an appointment until March 5. And the pain has gotten pretty bad. I've been limping yesterday and today because it hurts too much to put full weight on that leg.

I'm taking all the ibuprofen and putting ice on it when I get home from work. Is there anything else I can do in the short term until I can see my doctor?

So really stupid question for those of you who have lip or mouth piercings-
Can you like spout water out of the piercing holes like a fountain? Does it just drip out like a broken faucet, or are the holes too small for much of anything to happen at all?

Like as stupid as this is, I'd really like to know the answer. It's killing me.

How do you make grief last shorter? Last time I was a mess for at least 3 years, and now someone else has died and I'm looking at the future ahead, knowing I'll be that miserable for that long, and what do I do? (And yes, I have a therapist, that's probably the only reason why it got better at all. Years are still far too long to bear, though. I don't remember anything from those 3 years other than being miserable. All. The. Time.)
