I'm a Tony fan and I find Tony stans more annoying just because they're louder and I prefer piece in my fandoms. It's a bit sad that FS is so anti Tony as I find Steve fans mostly just do their thing and have fun without harping on their dislike of Tony. Granted I don't go looking for Steve centric content so I might be wrong about it.

Well, 'stan' is obsessive fan. Some people call themselves stans proudly. I find that a bit odd since it came from the Eminem song 'Stan' about an obsessive fan, Stan, who writes to Eminem several times and gets angry when he doesn't hear back and proceeds to drive his car into a river with his pregnant girlfriend in the trunk.
