Why is "heard" in quotes when the secret maker didn't use that word?

They said "found out," which COULD mean they "heard" is somewhere, but it could also mean they went into the fandom space their friend frequents, and saw them being a bitch firsthand.

That's interesting, because it's so different from how I approach friendships. I can say objectively that some of my closest friends are critically flawed people, but I don't think I'll drop any of them unless it gets personal. Don't want them to arbitrarily drop me for my own (also massive) flaws, after all.

Huh. There are lots of flaws I wouldn’t drop people for, but if they treat other people poorly for things they can’t help or beliefs that don’t harm anyone, it would make being around them uncomfortable for me.
