Re: Exercise advice
(Anonymous) 2019-07-16 03:31 am (UTC)(link)Mild cardio is the most basic "good health" recommendation, 20-30 minutes of biking, walking, running, or swimming. It's the overall thing, and aside from a bike you don't need equipment or a gym. That said, adding bodyweight exercises to add strength (pushups, situps/crunches, and squats at the bare minimum) balances the body a little better. You don't have to be working to lose weight or get ripped to do both strength and cardio.
