Uploading to FFNet is an absolute nightmare.

I like that FFN has an extra step in uploading. Is it sometimes a pain when I'm feeling impatient and want instant gratification from my phone? Sure, but it also keeps my weak willed self from posting to the archive like it's my personal blog, and I definitely see people post non-fic and excerpts and imagines on AO3 like it's Tumblr.

That isn't what I meant.

It strips almost all the formatting, even really basic formatting, and I always have to go back to make sure the spacing isn't fucked up. An uploader should be able to handle basic formatting.

Aaah, okay. I can see how that would be really frustrating. I haven't had as many issues, and it's been awhile since I uploaded anything, but I do remember having to double check my spacing
