Job interview + grocery shopping

Slept in (had awful nightmares and it took a long time to fall back asleep), worked for a couple hours in the afternoon, then stopped on the way home for dinner.

Tomorrow is back to my regular schedule, no more sleeping late and going to the office whenever I feel like it because my bosses are out of town, so I have to get up early which sucks. I'm about to go watch some TV and attempt to go to bed early (although I doubt I'll be able to since I slept so late and probably won't be tired until late...meh).

Christmas shopping. I was having a beast of a time trying to find something for my sister in law, but I settled on a pair of handmade stirling silver earrings in the shapes of a treble clef and a bass clef (because she works at the conservatorium in her city).

Trying to shake a nasty flu that's been plaguing me for a week and a half now.

I had my flu shot, damn it! This is totally unfair.

I FINALLY got the Funko Pop box for my sister. Now I need to cut it out.

I'm making Indian style shrimp and veggie curry

Spaghetti with mushrooms and Italian sausage!

I bought a meal kit featuring beef sirloin with a green peppercorn sauce, mashed cauliflower with goat cheese, and spinach sauteed with garlic. I've made it before and it's really good. I'll have a couple of liqueur-filled chocolate covered cherries for dessert. Making a big pot of beef stew for dinner tomorrow night, to last a couple of days, and some steamed rice to stretch it out a few days more, haha.
