A lot of oil and vinegar/vinaigrette dressings I've had over the years would probably be tasty to drink. But I love the taste of vinegar. Balsamic is too strong to straight-up drink, but there are others that would be delicious as a drink.

I will admit that there have been times I've drank straight vinegar. It's hilarious since I used to do surveys for fun and one of the intro questions (generally questions that are meant to a straight /No!/ answer) was 'have you ever consumed a cup of pure vinegar'... Let's just say I didn't feel the need to finish that survey.
