A-awww. I feel bad for your friends who get so upset over NaNo. It really is supposed to be something fun. I mean, granted, I only take up half the challenge to try and get 25K so I don't kill myself - but that's the whole point. I'm trying to do what I can enjoy. :c

I hope they can find the fun in it and see that it's quantity and not quality - they even say so on the NaNo site! Reaching anywhere over 20000 is an accomplishment quantity-wise as far as I am concerned!

107. Seems overrated to me, too, which is why I think people like us have such a hard time figuring out our own sexual identities. When it's not really that important to you, it's hard to pick a side, you know? Thanks! I thought it was fantastic too (obviously), but I've talked to enough people who were of the "it's different so it's worse" frame of mind not to go around advertising it. Not that it's a DEEP DARK SECRET and my flist would NEVER SPEAK TO ME AGAIN if they knew or anything... honestly, half my reason for posting the secret here was to see what other people thought about it.

Big difference. ^_^ And I think accepting what you are is more important than understanding it, in the long run, at least when it comes to sexuality. Who cares if your needs and desires can be categorized? Just follow what makes you happiest. I stumble across doujins of loli characters engaged in actual (well, 2D, obviously) sex all the time and it's seen as normal. KnJ with the one-sided crush thing seems pretty tame and cute in comparison.
