Currently working out how to re-organize my teaching to be digital only since my country went ahead and closed the universities due to COVID19. Hope the rest of you are having more fun :)

I have one more day off after this—I had some leave time I had to use up—and my brain is back on its bullshit so I’m left going “am I autistic? Do I have ADHD? Am I just a lazy bum? When will my executive function return from the war?” It’s not depression, anyway. I know what that feels like, and I’m glad this ain’t it. But just for once I’d like to stay focused long enough to clean my house.

I lugged five loads of laundry to the laundromat and back yesterday, put away my clothes, did my dishes... but it’s raining so I’ve tracked mud absolutely everywhere, and every time I clean something I feel like I make a bigger mess in the process. Sigh.

Currently trying to work up the energy to start a major de-cluttering/cleaning up of my desk. Its been in a beyond terrible state for the past 4 years and I nearly caused it all to fall off every time I have rushed out the room. I was thinking of either playing Wolfsheim's entire discography or make a playlist of different songs/lofi's to keep me going while it plays in the background.

Well, yesterday I bit the bullet and asked my GP for a referral to a psychiatrist... and now I'm thinking I also need to find a therapist or counselor or something because I need to stop telling my parents how very depressed I am. They already know I'm depressed, they don't need me to keep letting the inside voice become the outside voice.

Also I'm upset because a local food festival is almost certainly going to be cancelled because of the coronavirus, and I love that food festival, it's my only reason to leave the house in June :c

I'm debating on whether or not I should take a nap or just do my homework. It always takes me at least a week to get used to the time change and I hate it.

Been a busy day. 3 hearings, 2 briefs, picked up new glasses, and my Toastmasters meeting. All while having a migraine. I'm finally home and sitting in my bed. I'm just about to shove a bit of food into me so I can take a painkiller (doc ended up giving me the refill of that one and not the preventative, don't know what that's about).
