I made biscuits, played Candy Crush, watched Ghostbusters, and drank beer. I'm having leftover stew and rice for dinner. Who knows what I'll do this evening, lol.

Washed my sheets and crocheted a bit more. Ate some delicious cold pizza for lunch.

Video chat with some family, if our internet connections feel up to the task.

Did laundry, watched a bunch of TV shows and movies.

I made deviled eggs and worked on counting with my daughter. And I played animal crossing and panicked only a little.

I also add dill, and I don't use exact measurements.

Using ground mustard is my favorite thing, because then I don't end up with 900 cups extra of filling.

I made lunch today, it was edible I guess...

Made stirfry tofu, brown rice, and veggies, ate that and a small mountain of tangerines, read some fic, left a review, texted my boss about work stuff, read some news, screamed at news.

Might make some more masks (I made one for me and one for the roommate over the weekend) to have extras or give away, gonna start some veggie and flower seeds.

I need to clean house but I hate housework, and I want to do online plant/garden supply shopping but need to figure out if I’m still gonna get paid or will be on unpaid furlough and can/need to file for unemployment, so spending money on non-essentials seems unwise.

Has anyone on FS filed a partial unemployment claim before? Where you’re not laid off or fired, you just have no hours for a bit and your employer files a thing with the state that says “this person still has a job, we just currently have no work for them to do and/or no money to pay them, as soon as we have those things, they will be working for us again?”

I’ve only ever had the one job, for the past 16 years, so I am totally clueless about this stuff.

I haven't filed for partial before but I've filed for regular unemployment. It is probably pretty easy if you're doing it online. I would imagine they have a drop-down item for that situation or a box to explain it in, or both. Plus a lot of people are going through this right now so I am sure they'll be understanding.

ETA - I have also temped while on unemployment. I just stopped doing the weekly filing while I was working and picked it up when the temp job ended. It was super easy.

Also I'm jealous that you have tofu. We wanted to have curry tonight but can't find it at any store right now. And I mean...we don't really want to keep running around from store to store, lol.

It's not strictly 'today' as its after midnight, but in 20 minutes i'm gonna be buckling down on PokeFarm and not sleeping AT ALL until I at the bare minimum discover a certain Galarian form special

Worked From Home.

I'm cleaning my kitchen for Passover while listening to Die Ärzte. And in between I'm watching stuff - I finished Tiger King and I'm about to finish the third season of The Sinner, which is giving me the creeps.

Still have a splitting headache. Got some job applications done, some laundry, and some reading, then took a long nap. Just woke up. Looking forward to leftover lemon shrimp pasta for dinner.

don't laud me I'm doing it for money, not donation. I got laid off and don't qualify for unemployment so I have to sell them.

I don't care that you're doing it for money, good on you for finding a good side hustle.

That sucks about the layoff, and (assuming you’re in the US) that really sucks that the expanded unemployment coverage still doesn’t apply to you. Good luck selling your masks!

Figured out how to fold a handkerchief into a mask, went out for groceries, practiced guitar, and started my online classes.

Well, after two days of not being able to sleep due to pain, exhaustion finally won out last night around 10, and so I slept from then until 1:00 this afternoon. Then I went back to bed around 1:30, and got up an hour ago. Now I'm just kind of aimlessly browsing the internet while waiting for my painkillers to kick in. Once they do, however, I plan to resume work on chapter 5 of my Pokemon/Voyager crossover. I'm about half-way through the chapter now and I'm hoping to have it finished by the end of the month. Fingers crossed!

I was able to keep my appointment for my wisdom teeth extraction today (dentist told me it definitely fell under emergency procedure) so I got super numbed up in the mouth and had 3 of my wisdom teeth plus the molar next to the bottom one on my left side (wisdom tooth impacted it pretty severely) removed. I was so nervous but my dentist was very calming and the procedure went by more quickly than I had anticipated. He said I had 4 roots in my molars which is rare (just my kind of luck), but they were easy to remove due to the roots being short. It's mostly the bottom left side of my mouth that is the most painful (where I had 2 molars removed and the only spot that needed stitching), and I'm hungry and thirsty but my mouth hurts that I dont want anything in my mouth. I'm also afraid of messing up my empty sockets and loosening the blood clots.
I went to Walmart (for the pain med prescribed) and it was nice to see people being mindful of social distancing and wearing face masks (I wore a mask and probably sounded super sick since I had gauze in my mouth and at that point I was still very numb). I was sad to see that the dish soap brands available didn't involved Dawn but I got a bottle of Gain because I still need dish soap.
Been staying home and crying (I had a serious convo with some relatives), and feeling very tired. Going to sleep soon.

I'm insomniac.
Bleah.

Ditto. Woke up at 2 am, still up an hour later.
