What's a good lesbian upbeat romantic song?

Ease My Mind, Pretty Girl, and What I Need by Hayley Kiyoko? It's pop-friendly and lesbian-oriented, but I do think there's an undercurrent of doubt in her stuff (like, "I like her, but does she like me that way?")

Genesis, One for the Vine. It's not particularly cheerful, but it's certainly a different world - you can feel the cold and see the people moving across the white landscape.

Growing up in an abusive home:

The Sunset Tree by The Mountain Goats is a concept album about growing up in an abusive home, and it’s incredible - very raw. Specifically I’d rec: Up The Wolves, Dance Music, Hast Thou Considered The Tetrapod, Lion’s Teeth - and Pale Green Things, with is a song about the death of an abusive parent and the grown-up child’s struggle to deal with the very complicated emotions of that death.
