I'm the only one, but I'm actually disappointed that it's not gonna be another snowfall (EXTREMELY odd for this time of year) this weekend where I live...
I'm drinking myself, will probably keep drinking tomorrow, and then the next say if there's anything left. But otherwise I finally discovered a way to keep myself from over eating, and it's to visualize the bulk of food I eat on my forearm. (be warned apparently this make less than zero sense to anyone but me) The (approximate) surface area from just past my wrist to the natural crease about an inch before my elbow is all I'm allowing myself to eat in a single sitting. Every hour post meal I remove a fifth of the 'consumed' area, so basically after eating a 'full' meal it's a five hour interval before my 'tank'/arm reads as 'empty'.
It's helped me quite a lot since I have moderate OCD where I feel the need to eat all leftovers before my family throws them out in fear of food being wasted, and a slightly severe OCD where anything on my plate must be eaten otherwise it'll go to waste. More than that is that I don't necessarily get full or hungry, basically I don't feel it, so there's no real STOP my body sends me to stop eating, I just have to gauge it. Luckily I am very logically minded so I can override my OCD by way of visual evidence that my stomach can only hold so much and a forearms length is plenty by far. Obviously I still become anxious and all that, but for the first time in years I was able to stop eating a slice of pizza halfway and pack the rest of my meal up in the fridge for tomorrow.

I would love some snow right now, if only to keep the damn bugs dead a little while longer. Hell, I'd just take the temps with no snow if nothing else.

Interesting method of measuring your meal. I don't think it's too weird, since people have used different ways to portion food.
