Definitely agree, especially the last part. When I was younger of course a lot of my female friends made out like they’d never masturbated but once I got into my 20s I noticed most of us admitted it and feel it’s normal.

And I get that there are SOME women out there who have hang ups about it or can’t do it for whatever reason but man am I tired of female virgins in fic always blushing and acting like a child shaking their head if their experienced partner asks them to “show [me] how you touch yourself” and then asks “you’ve never...?” I roll my eyes reading that. I'm going to admit, while the whole 'show me how you touch yourself'/'you've never...?' is pretty damn eyeroll-worthy when it's a Big Strong ManTM, if it's a first orgasm coming from a more experienced woman? I'm kind of there for it. Would like to see more of that, less of the 'but a MAN must give you your orgasms'-- I mean let's face it, that's not their forte. But ladies helping ladies? I'm not even into F/F myself, and I still agree with this. Frankly, if a full-grown bisexual woman hasn't been able to bring herself to orgasm for one reason or another, I'd place STRONG odds on an experienced female partner showing her a much better time than an experienced male partner would.

I've got next to zero experience with F/F fic so won't pretend I know what people are looking for if that's their thing. That said, I mostly read M/F (with the occasional M/M) and I still prefer the sound of what you're saying...probably because it's just so unusual as a fantasy scenario? Idk.

And speaking even as a heterosexual woman it seems like in fiction a lot of the time it's still about the ego boost to the man, and that being pleasing to the female partner, more than JUST the pleasure of the woman. I can imagine F/F is less hung up on that shit.
