I feel you. In the last few years I've stopped watching anything that isn't fluffy/happy/escapist. Right now my fandom has a sudden influx of fic with one of my favorite tropes, and it's giving me one small thing to be happy about amidst everything that's going on. (And I'm in a hotspot for both the pandemic and the protests.)

Let the fun entertainment recharge you, and then try to use that energy to do something, no matter how small, to help your community, whatever that may be.
