Not arguing that they're not wrong (especially because you were told one thing and are being charged another, which is not okay), but what is the difference between an office visit and a shot visit? Do you not go to the office to get the shot?

Shot isn't a visit, it is a treatment. Not sure how exactly it works. But the previous copay for the single shots was 8, and they were billed differently. They were billed as the treatment (the insurance lady read off to me exactly what it was, but cant remember it now), not as the visit. This is just 3 shots instead of 1.

Ah, so it's just the terminology they use of why you're there. That's weird then, maybe someone new screwed up the data entry? Hopefully you get it all sorted out!
