Had my first Autumn-y meal today, freshly made chicken vegetable soup with a tall glass of cider~ <3

I haven't had it yet but my dinner plans are roast chicken. I love the way the whole house smells amazing while it's cooking.

Leftover homemade chicken noodle soup and a boiled egg.

Now eating a slow cooked faux pot roast with potatoes, onions and carrots, with steamed broccoli. And red wine.

Autumn fucking rules for warm meals, especially slow cooker or one pot meals.

half a jalapeno cheese bagel w/butter and English breakfast tea for breakfast
chicken veggie pad thai and a Coke zero for lunch

Random weird stuff because I'm home sick (not COVID), and have just sort of pecked around. A banana, some ginger ale, a rice cake with a slice of cheese and a couple pieces of chicken (my current sandwiches are all like this - i'm out of greens, though), some graham crackers.

A couple of leftover veggie samosas for breakfast, a big green salad and a handful of little creampuffs for lunch, chips and an ice cream bar for snacks. I was gonna have a peach instead of ice cream but they aren't ripe yet.
