I think the art is fine and appealing, IMO. It give off a certain charm and it's easily recognizable. But what one can consider visually appealing, the other think it's the shittest drawing ever.

160) Damned if I know what their relationship was because it was incomplete. And that's what makes it so interesting. I think someone in the fandom said it best about Euphie and Suzaku: "They were two teenagers in love with the idea of being in love." Everything about them was romanticized and idealized, so who knows how things could have turned out if the SAR had worked and Lelouch hadn't made such a crappy joke. FWIW, though, I don't think they laid a finger on each other, despite Euphie's commanding him to love her.

133. Am I the only one who doesn't have no problems telling them apart. The only time I actually got confused was that strip with Prussia getting scared shitless of Lithuania and Poland and I though Prussia was Sweden for some odd reason. Other than that, I can tell them all apart easily. Hell, my constant burning question if Italy and Romano are fraternal twins because they don't look much alike. Or that America and Canada don't have completely matching faces (different eye shapes) although they supposed to.

160. I always thought that Suzaku and Euphie's relationship was like Kira and Lacus TRIED in SEED to do but succeed in making that Suzaku and Euphie look like they were in love somewhat though. But I always thought they relationship was more emotional co-dependent than romantic. Suzaku needed a princess to complete his white knight image and Euphie needed someone who can encourage her to step out of her useless princess role. Personally, I don't think their romantic relationship would've lasted since Suzaku always held himself back from her and I don't think any amount of convincing Euphie could've done would come to fruition.

No, I've never had any problems telling them apart from the start. Prussia was the only one who made me confused as well, simply because I didn't know who he was supposed to be.

I love hetalia and I think it's interesting to read people's opinion of it. But please STFU about it, people! We don't need to hear for the 511th time that somebody doesn't like it. WE GET IT. There are people who hate the manga, who hate the fandom, who hate the artist. The fact that you just found a new reason to hate it does NOT mean that you should make a secret out of it.

OTL I respect people who are super dedicated and stuff(they're the ones who keep fandom going) but I can't help but feeling a little silly about being that way myself. I'm just not the type of person to openly obsess over things. (I guess it's mostly just shyness for me though)

133 - Eh, fair enough. I some trouble telling them apart too at first. The comics don't look that great(especially the early ones) but I like his colored illustrations.

Maybe they should consolidate into a There Are Too Many Secrets For These Fandoms community. Make a separate community for each and every one, and then all FS becomes is the Obscure Fandoms Anonymous meeting.

146. While I absolutely loved Elle, I honestly stopped watching just because it didn't feel like the same show anymore. My best friend would say, "Heroes tomorrow!" or whatever, and I would groan. When you start dreading a show you supposedly like, it's time to stop watching. XD;

147: It doesn't matter if you dislike him or not; people can like or dislike whoever they want in fandom. But just because you dislike him doesn't mean you have to write him off as shallow, yeah? You can be an 'attention whore' and still have depth, sheesh. Some of my favorite characters are attention whores. Kittan is not Kamina, he's more of a goopy dork than Kamina could ever be, and that's why I like him. 8( Maybe you hate him for that! I don't care, but I don't see why I'm suddenly an idiot because I like goopy family man dorks who can also be badass when they need to be.

I can sympathize, because losing your favorite character on a show is always teh suck (see icon). But at the same time I hated the redemption story arc with Sylar, and was glad to see her sacrificed for the Greater Good of returning him to his head-slicing-open ways. I do agree that Claire is one of the more annoying characters on the show, though.

I agree so hard (even if I would sort of like them to just become best friends as well and be all dysfunctionally happy together). I wonder if there's fic somewhere... Probably not.

Ugh...Hetalia...

I really don't understand how it's remotely interesting enough to have so many secrets, and I'm quite the history nerd myself. I guess it's just me.
