I don't put concrit in reviews unless someone explicitly asks for it for exactly this reason. I feel like most of the time people want positive feedback from reviews more than concrit. They want to know they are making readers happy. If someone wants advice on how to improve their writing, they will actively ask for that kind of review.

Personally I like even my crack to be at least somewhat in character. But I just ignore or avoid things that I feel are out of character. I'm not going to leave a nasty review for someone who writes something I don't like. That's just rude.
