I really don’t care how she is written, I care about the monotone and dead performance Genevieve gives. I don’t hate her though, I hate her acting, if that’s what you want to call it.

See, if we all rationalized like you, no one are bad actors, they just have bad parts. Which is obviously, not true.

156. Yeah, I don’t think he is God. But sweetheart, if you don’t like what you are seeing, don’t watch. Apparently he isn’t screwing it over that much if ratings are higher then ever, and critics seem to really like it. Screwing it over, not so much. Making you unhappy, obviously.

I sure will stop watching it when it becomes too unbearable, and I'm pretty sure I mentioned that in the original secret. My point was that people need to stop putting Kripke on a pedastal, because he doesn't belong on one. He has made mistakes with the show, and I don't see why fans think they have to kiss his ass. They need to start thinking for themselves and stop being afraid he's going to come after them if they say they don't like something. The show isn't perfect.

Wait, since when have people been kissing his ass? I've seen people criticizing episode after episode everywhere, these last couple of episodes in particular.

Probably. I can't tell you how many times I've seen "In Kripke I trust" or "I have faith in Kripke". I mean obviously these things that he's doing that I don't like are objective, someone else could love it - but even when something happens that they dislike it's all okay because it's Kripke and he's Jesus. If you don't like something it's okay to say it, sometimes creators/producers or writers or WHOEVER are wrong.

Has it slipped your mind that they are saying they trust Kripke because perhaps, just perhaps, they still like the direction of the show?

Me personally, loved the season (minus Ruby) up until the last two episodes, a theme I see common in the fandom. But do I think it means the show is ruined completely? Not for me, no. Since there were many, many crap episodes in the first three seasons, so really I am not going to judge a whole season before I see it. And I most certainly am not going to leave it because of some spoiler that may or may not happen, and are probably wrong and taken out of context all together, like I've seen some people threaten to do.

If you are talking about how people shouldn't have to kiss his ass, why don't you, I don't know, stop kissing his ass? Or at least stop being silent and taking it all out in a secret. Hate for Kripke & Co is much more common then you'd think. And though I find it a little ridiclous at times to *hate* everybody on the writing staff just because you don't enjoy the direction, many fans out there are able to express their concern without being insulting. How do you think this fandom got rid of Bela?

I am just saying I doubt your FList would react as bad as you think, and if they do they can grow up and get over it.

I can't figure out if this is for the OP or not. If it is, I never said that I was kissing Kripke's ass, so I'm not sure where you got that idea from. I said that people THOSE WHO I HAVE SEEN need to stop acting like he's the second coming. Maybe you don't see it but I do. And NO it's not from people who like the direction of the show, it's coming from people who have disliked everything/certain things/whatever and yet they continue to say that they have faith that he'll do what's right when up until the point they're saying it he hasn't done that.

I just don't get why people act like he or anyone else for any other television show/movie/book/whatever doesn't have flaws. Like I said in the secret it's his show and he can do what he wants, I'm not going to sit back and act like I love it. I just don't he deserves the blind faith he gets. Eric Kripke is not John Winchester and fandom is not season 1 Dean.

If you're in the Spn fandom at all you'll realize how batshit some people are, if not, go look around and then ask me again why I'm doing it in a secret. Also, that's what this community is FOR.

Well, now you're putting words in my mouth, which I don't appreciate. I absolutely think there are bad actors and actresses, I just don't broadcast all of them.

And wow, you're judging her on her FIRST appearance of this series, when she was probably just getting used to the role?

Really, because Jared and Jensen took sometime to get used to their role. Jim Beaver, Nicky Aycox, Samantha Ferris, Sasha Barrese and Misha Collins took a ton of time to get used to their roles.

Yeah, sure actors have reason to be bad if they are getting used to it. Ignore the fact that it's still their job, and they still have tons of time to run their lines. But then if she still getting used to it why does she still suck? Most people only admit that she got better around episode nine, but before that she still sucked. Why does she barely put any emotion into her performance and just yells and snarls out her lines?

And nope, not judging it from her first appearance. I'm judging it from watching a year of Wildfire, combined with all her performances in Supernatural. Surprisingly, she was never really that good to!ME.

And you really shouldn't talk about judging. You're the one telling everyone what they should and should not do. I haven't seen any true hating on Genevieve as a person. Many think she is very nice. But if people see something wrong with an actors acting, they have the right to express that without having it written off as ZOMG HATE THE ACTRESS!!! BAD PEOPLE!!!!!

She's been in at least 5 episodes now and she still SUCKS as opposed to actors/actresses who have only appeared once or twice and didn't suck at all.

I think Cortese is a beautiful woman (besides SPN I've seen her modeling shots and whatnot) but an actress she is not
