130. Even if they are becoming Clamp's personal playground, why is that necessarily a horrible thing? I know both series are their playground -- heck, have been for a while now -- and I like them anyway. Just because Clamp is messing around with them and you don't like it doesn't mean that no one else should -- and it doesn't mean that we don't know what Clamp's doing, either. (Well, except for never knowing what Clamp's doing because OUR TEARS ARE THE DRINK THAT KEEPS THEM YOUNG or wtfever, but. You know. XD)

(And no, really, good for you if you realized you couldn't be a part of fandom without obsessing to the point where you neglected your life and your health. In that case, stepping back from the computer is your best option, and it's good that you did -- but the problem doesn't exactly lie with fandom if that's the case.)

I don't think you have much of a case for the "all anyone does is wank about these things" argument there OP. :| Though I do wish the people in all three fandoms would settle down and wank less, since non-wank secrets/secrets that have nothing to do with wank are pretty rare right now.
143. For one thing, characters reacting to sex is hot. (Which is why I do hate porn fic where all it turns into once Tab A is into Slot B is THRUST THRUST THURST SHUDDER COME RELAX porn over.) For another, if characterization, emotions, and character development are ALL dropped as soon as it turns into actual porn, it's being written wrong. :|
