It isn't just about being in shape. It is about the size of the breasts in relation to the size of your body. Mine are large (not as large as hers), but my body is also large. She has a tiny body. Even a woman who is very in shape with breasts that big and a body that tiny, it is going to cause back pain.

Like I say, take it up with her. I don't have tits. You don't have her tits. She tells people how much pain she's in, I'll listen to her rather than someone else whos qualifications are "I have breasts too so I know better!"
