This would fall under annoyances/petty grievances for me. I mean, if it's pinching my fingers or something, I'm probably gonna yelp, move my hand and let him know. No one can read your mind /is self aware ALL of the time. This is not necessarily in defense of him or on the attack for her, it's just common stuff that happens in any workplace or even a waiting room!
