For me, this show had zero copaganda effect because of the ridiculous number of times they threatened suspects with prison rape if they didn't confess and never saw any consequences for it. I never understood how the writers thought "You know what would make the cops working to get justice for rape victims more sympathetic? Let them threaten potentially innocent people with rape every so often!".
