If you could travel anywhere in the world - no health or safety concerns, no monetary limits - where would you go? What would you be most excited to do or see?

Hawaii is my dream first solo vacation. I've always been into volcanoes, so Hawaii is the ideal place for me. Volcanoes plus beaches plus interesting history and museums.

Honestly not sure right now if I'd be more excited to see the volcanoes or the beaches. There is nothing more relaxing to me than swimming in the ocean and/or looking at the water.

To go to Japan - one part to visit all the scenic/nature sites, and the other to go to Tokyo and live out my 14 year old weebie dream.

Denny's at 2 in the morning. Between the shit food and the inevitable drunks/tweakers sitting in parallel booths, my friend and I are joking about swinging by on my birthday later in the year. It's such a trashy place yet somehow nostalgic and homey.

Saguaro National Park. I'm living in a bitterly cold part of the country and if I could just go for a desert hike I would be so happy.

To get vaccinated (I'm not eligible and everyone I know including other not-really eligible people at way less risk than me of dying/being severely disabled by COVID is already or soon to be vaccinated.)

Then to the UK to steal costumes from shuttered West End shows because fuck it, dream vacation, to nurseries there to buy rose and violet varieties that aren't available in the US and pay the import/quarantine fees because budgets are for losers, to New Zealand to pet and feed a kakapoo because no health concerns includes for anyone/thing I interact with, right?

And then around the world collecting seeds, plants, cuttings, fabric, and books, knowing that since money's no object I will still have a job when I get back and someone's taking care of my house, pets, and garden. Maybe I'd have someone make me a custom wardrobe that actually all fits.

If my aunt wanted to tag along (she's had her shots), she might enjoy it.
