I'm female and I love 40K and Fantasy! I've had a Space Wolf army for years, and a Bretonnia/Wood Elf army, and have more recently gotten into Age of Sigmar with a Sylvaneth army. Everyone I know who plays it is male, so female players definitely seem to be in the minority, and I've never gotten into the fandom side of things so I have no idea how women are treated there.
