I've legit seen an anti ask a CSA victim if they enjoyed their abuse because they wrote "problematic" fanfic.

For goodness sakes, what kind of absolute peice of shit says that???!

This is unfortunately more common than a lot of people think. I've also seen: "I wish the person who molested you had killed you too."

That's... yeah. A pretty goddamned evil thing to say.

But those people don't care about gray areas, it's all about racking up hero points and not wasting their time on stupid things like caring or understanding how trauma works. Personally, I'd rather someone write a fic that mirrors an ugly situation they experienced than go around invalidating someone else's trauma because it doesn't fit their narrative of how an abuse victim behaves.
