I am so confused what this secret is supposed to be about. Are people trying to say Achilles and Patroclus weren't portrayed as lovers in the Iliad? Or that historians try to say they were just friends? Because if so, OP I think sometimes you have to accept that people are idiots who clearly don't know what they're talking about and move on. Sometimes with a good laugh.
