Excuse me? Yes, I made a mistake. And maybe they didn't ignore my first message like they seemed to. But the return label address should have been the one it was sent from. There is no reason for me to have to pay to send it back to China when it was shipped from here in the US. They were just looking to get more money from me or to get me frustrated enough I'd decide not to return. And offering $20 on an expensive item is not a serious offer. Taken together with the China address, it was clear they were trying to make a return as difficult as possible and then offering a minimal amount so I wouldn't leave a bad review. Which I didn't, by the way.
