Why should Bruce be the one who gets to have ways to take down everyone else, but no one else can h.ave the same control over him? Why is he special? Yes, contingency plans are good. No, they shouldn't be in control of only one person. Even though Bruce has no superpowers, I think he's given way too much power over the others and that itself could be dangerous.

I mean. Bruce would need special plans to take down most of the others. Most of the rest of the League's big hitters wouldn't need much more than a good shot to total him. They don't have plans because a) most of them aren't the type, and b) most of them don't really need them? If Superman or Martian Manhunter (for example) want Bruce on the ground or in it? They can track him down with x-ray vision or telepathy, and pound him into paste with super strength or fry him alive with heat-vision without much issue. The only thing Batman has over them is preparation. Without it he's a baseline human getting smeared across the landscape.

hmm this doesn't make sense to me, if he has contingency plans but goes evil, then he's evil bruce with contingency plans against the others, that's still a problem that their superpowers won't solve because he has contingency plans.

I think there was one story where everyone turned out to have plans for everyone else. The Flash’s plans were the least thought-out.

Also, in one of the games, Batman provides a contingency plan against himself.

Uh... that is an awful comparison. You already answered it yourself. Bruce gets to come up with plans like that because he has no superpowers. That is why he uses his money and resources to create complex plans. Those like Wonder Woman or Superman have super strength, they don't need contingency plans.
