maybe not literal goosebumps but I have had deeply visceral physical reactions to emotional music - shivers, heart pounding, etc.

who the fuck says this is rare? it's probably more apt to say it doesn't happen to every single song you listen to, but once in a while you just hit a certain chord progression or a certain note + the lyrics that transports you from mere listening to feeling. It would be really annoying if that happened to every single song you ever listened to. Driving with the stereo would get really awkward.
