I'm generally quite fond of Baz Luhrmann and his style, but 'Australia' was two and a half hours of nice cinematography and shit writing. All the characters were unbearable, there was way too much 'noble savage' and 'magical native' horseshit for a movie from the 21st century, and did I mention it was 2-point-five fucking hours long?
