2. That sort of thing has happened to me before, or at least the entire class hasn't understood a part of the book just 'cause they're idiots or whatever. Like with The Bluest Eye, GOD DAMMIT.

7. I used to call myself an otaku long, long ago, but now I just call myself an anime fan, partly because I learned that it has very bad connotations in Japanese, and partly because it came to bug me that people try to throw around random Japanese to seem cool. D:

10. A lot of the time I worry I am that person. ._. Granted, I co-run the RP comm I'm in, so I have a lot on my hands, but. Ugh. I feel so bad, but I can never seem to get any better.

BUT! Though I do like Ryou and have distaste for the whole Ryou/Yami no Bakura pairing, to me Yami no Bakura is by far one of my most adored characters in ALL my fandoms. As such he kicks Ryou's cute little butt for me in terms of awesome ♥

Seriously! I mean, I know this particular person really likes the pairing, I think it's actually her favorite in the fandom, but I can't shake the feeling that she doesn't like how I RP one half of it.. or.. something.. I dunno.

It's gotten better since I posted the secret, things are a bit more clear, but it's still possible she hates my roleplay. @_@

3. I hate asking about pairng up my RP characters too. I always feel like if I bring up a pairing I like, everyone else will be like "EW OMG NO WAY!" or something. It doesn't help that everyone I RP with are diehard yaoi fans and most of the pairings I like are straight. I don't mind yaoi, but I wish they'd grow up enough to be open to other things.

7. ME TOO. I hate it so much when people go "OMG I AM THE BIGGEST OTAKU EVER!" and mean it like that makes them cool. Instead of running away, it's a struggle not to die laughing at them.

Well, the thing is, I know she likes the pairing, even though it's relatively obscure.
But that doesn't mean she wants to RP it with me. She was in the game long before I was, and then I came along and was all like "I LIKE THIS PAIRING" and she's like "I DO TOO :D" but that doesn't mean anything XD;;;;

That kind of sucks that you can't find others who like your pairings though :(
